"AC died suddenly during a hot Sunday evening, having seen Cozy Pros on Instagram and Google I sent them a DM seeing if they can come diagnose the issue. The next morning I had an appointment window between 9AM - 10AM. Donovan arrived promptly and replaced the old busty capacitor with a high quality component. He took his time ensuring the jobs was done clean and checked all the vents were blowing cold air. I'll definitely be calling for future maintenance check-ups!"

There’s always some uncertainty when trying a new company, but any apprehension we had quickly disappeared. Donovan was extremely thorough, taking the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. What stood out most was his professionalism and character — rather than speaking negatively about previous work that wasn’t up to standard, he remained respectful and focused on solutions. That spoke volumes to us. We’re happy to say we’ve found our new local, family-owned business and look forward to working with Donovan again in the future."

"Happy with Cozy Pros - Donovan. He was on time and was very patient explaining all. We moved in about a year and half ago, did not realize how dirty it was. "I received an offer for heating and air inspection. I just asked for the air conditioner to be checked and found that I could no longer get the refrigerant if something goes wrong. The air conditioner worked, but, was NOT cooling fast enough NOT like it should. I told him, great I’ll have to plan for that… Then the gentlemen insisted on completing his inspection of my heater. Found the motor leaking oil(potential fire hazard, duct work misdirected and falling apart, and cracks in heater which can cause carbon monoxide poisoning )! So now my family is feeling safer with this state of the art heater and the quietest clean hepa air conditioner ever! Like I said; a professional gentleman and left NOTHING to clean up!"

"Donovan came out today to do maintenance on my 15+ year old A/C system. He was prompt and very personable. Explained everything he was checking and what it all means. Ended up cleaning the internal part of my unit, and it was filthy…who knows when the last time that was done. Will be having him back soon to check some other parts of the system. "A few years ago my air conditioning unit took a crash and had to replace it with a new system which was approximately 30K. So going forward, I made it a top priority to get it properly maintained and serviced every year. I was referred to Donovan the owner and operator of Cozy Pros Heating and Air. He was very professional and easy to work with. I had both my AC unit and my furnaced serviced. I was amazed how filthy both units were in just a short amount of time. Donovan took each unit completely apart gave them a thorough cleaning and service. Everything look factory new and was running great. I highly recommend Donovan at Cozy Pros. Our two-year-old heater stopped working during a 45 degree night and we woke up freezing. 🥶 Donovan replied to us right away, scheduled the visit, and fixed up the original installer’s mistakes! Not only did Donovan get the heater back on track, he also offered some additional suggestions to improve its performance and protect the system from excessive wear (which could necessitate replacement parts in the future). "Donovan was working on my neighbors system when I asked him to come look at my mini split next door. He immediately made time for me (after finishing up at the neighbors) that day, found a leak, and was able set a plan in motion to fix the issue. He didn’t even charge me for the assessment. Knowledgeable, courteous and fair…I’ll be using him for all my HVAC needs moving forward."

He checks in frequently while he’s working to let us know how the progress is going and takes his time to explain things in simple terms. Highly recommend him!"

"Great professional and courteous service. Very honest and upfront with costs. You guys are bringing back true customer service."

"Donovan was great! We didn't know we had an issue with our heater until he took a look. We just knew when we would turn on the heater it wouldn't produce heat downstairs and the unit would shut down. We just noticed we had this issue this week. We were getting frustrated and very hesitant to call an HVAC person b/c we have had some interesting experiences in the past. As we were praying (my mom and I) about this to see what direction to take we received a text from Cozy Pros and we took that as a sign and replied back to check our heating system! We set up an appt with Donovan and it was a great choice! On top of that we signed up for the yearly service! Thanks Donovan for fixing our heating system, it's working wonderfully!!"

"Great service! I don't know a ton about HVAC stuff. Donovan was really straight forward and showed me what was going on. It was great to have a straight forward answer."

"Great experience with Cozy Pros service. Donovan was kind and professional, he took the time to thoroughly explain all of AC components serviced. Everything was done in an efficient yet timely manner. I’m 100% satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Donovan and Cozy Pros Heating & Air."

"Here is my experience with Donovan and his company, Cozy Pros Heating and Air Conditioning. I received a text offering a “tune up” maintenance deal. Normally, I just hit delete and move on with my life, but in this instance I decided to call the phone # provided in the ad and spoke with Donovan about my problem. About 2 weeks ago, I called a different company to come out and investigate a problem we were having with our heater (the heater is approximately over 20 years old…it could be much older since it was installed before we moved into our house). Anyhow, he tried to do some troubleshooting and was unsuccessful for he said maybe the heater was too old and outdated to fix. I told him that we don’t have the means to buy a new heating system so we need him to fix it! He said, let me see if it is the circuit board and proceeded to tinker with it for the the next hour or so and then said, we may need to order a new circuit board, but before we do that let me see if I have the board in my truck. Anyhow, he brings back 2 of them and then says that neither of them work, so we have to order a new one. He said he would call me back when he is able to locate the circuit board but in between he needs to charge me $75 for the service visit. Basically, I was pissed that I had to pay him $75 for an unresolved problem. My wife decided to find someone else on Yelp that had a good 5 star rating but I just didn’t feel the connection. After I spoke with Donovan on the phone I knew he was worth a shot to see if he could resolve the problem. He took down my info, sent me an email to confirm his appointment time and was exactly on time for the appointment. He dressed like a professional (clean uniform), well spoken and very customer oriented! He asked me some assessment questions to determine what he was trying to address and then proceeded to do a diagnostic. He never tired to sell me on getting a new heating unit. He came across very honest and sincere in trying to help us resolve the issue without trying to rip us off with parts and labor that we didn’t need or asked for. Through his assessment, he went through explaining that to me how the system should work and what might be causing the unit not to work, he was able to discover the problem. We feel very fortunate to have received Donovan’s text today, the day after Christmas, where all of our money has already been spent! Basically, I gave Donovan 5 stars for the following 5 reasons. (1) arrived on time and was excellent with his texts and emails (2) totally professional appearance (clean cut and wore booties to not damage our new flooring (3) a true problem solver - has a diagnostic routine and procedure (4) gave us information and knowledge in case we wanted to upgrade to a new heating system and (5) was not money hungry but provided a fair and equitable fee so he could run a sustainable business and we could feel like we got our money’s worth. This is a long winded review but if you took the time to read it to the end, then you should definitely trust Donovan to help you with your heating and air conditioning issues! Sincerely, Don"
